The 2 bedroom Townhouse Villa.

The Grange Resort is unique as it caters for Large and extended families as well as couples and holiday makers.

The two bedroom Villa’s offer comfort, space and bedding for families. All our Townhouse Villa’s are professionally designed with the main bedrooms enjoying an ensuite.

The Kitchen is situated centrally for the ease of social entertaining whilst proving modern appliances , dining and living area’s open onto courtyard with separate Balconies of Master Bedroom.

Up stairs area has a sofa lounge which turns into a double bed. The 2nd Floor also has a middle lounge which is used as the childrens retreat or another T.V. Room. The second level also has the additional feature of separate shower / Bath tub and w/c for guests using Second Bedroom, the bedding configuration changes from some unit's consisting of most master bedroom's being King Size Bed with the second bedroom having either Queen bed / Double or Singles to suit your requirements, please enquire for avalability and room type proir to making the booking.

All Villa’s are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards.

The 3 bedroom Townhouse

The Grange Resort has 12 Three Bedroom Townhouses with 10 having two garages which makes it perfect for two families or used to store that Trailer or small Boat.

Our recent refurbishment means that most Villa's on the third level has a luxurious King Size bed meticulously decorated with all the professional designer touches.

Walk in Robe and most have a spa bath.

Relax on your own balcony away from the other levels.

Three Bedroom Villas are made up with two other spacious Bedrooms on the second Level either with Queen / double in each room or singles in some to cater for the needs of extended families.

Middle level features a second lounge also with sofa bed and has separate balcony with outdoor furniture for comfort and relaxation. This level also services the Bathroom with bath tub as well as another Restroom on the ground floor.

TV and DVD are in all Main Lounge rooms with Austar Entertainment.

Enjoy the company of your family/ guests in your very own private courtyard with easy access to lounge dining areas and kitchen facilities.

Another outstanding feature is some Townhouses offer pet friendly accommodation completing the “entire family” being together on holiday.
